Yoga not only helps us to build flexibility but only works on our mental health which is equally important and plays a crucial role in our sustenance.

Muscle Torque has come up with an initiative to bring about positive changes in the lives of many by launching yoga classes by certified yoga trainers, During these difficult times of COVID-19, the best way to improve immunity is by regularly practicing Yoga and Pranayama. Muscle torque brings to you different sets of yoga and pranayama to work on your strength, flexibility, and immunity.

We are introducing a special pranayama session for people over the age of 45. We also have Yoga on Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced level along with separate Meditation classes.
